Yichao Zheng
Dr. Yichao Zheng is a Physician in the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Zhangzhou Municipal Hospital of Fujian Province. He has joined the PhD program in Tsinghua University for 4 years, majoring in Precision Medicine and Public Healthcare. He work closely with Professor Shaohua Ma and Professor Edwin Leeansyah on developing an in vitro coculture system of intestinal organoid and MAIT cells to probe the role of MAIT cells in gut inflammation. To date, he has published papers in Mucosal Immunology, Frontiers in Immunology, Viruses, Patterns, Critical Reviews in Immunology and Oncology Reports.
